Please allow for 1-2 business days for processing at our fulfilment centre before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 12pm Friday WST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has shipped. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed.

Please ensure that the full correct address details are listed and that you include the full business name if your parcel is being delivered to a business location.

KXKS. is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the postal/courier system, nor are we responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once items have been scanned as delivered to the customer’s address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate postal/courier carrier.

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning an item.

We are unable to ship to countries outside of this list due to limitations from our logistics providers. 

These estimated delivery times do not apply to any deliveries that are offered free of charge or as part of a promotional offer. Please note that deliveries to rural areas may take longer than the estimate provided. All orders include a dispatch and track notification which will be delivered via email.

If an order is returned due to the failure of the customer to pay any custom tax or duties, KXKS. will deduct to actual cost of shipping from any refund amount.
