The dimensions of the duffle bags are TSA carry-on approved when packed correctly. We have never had or heard of any experiences of our bags being rejected for carry-on.

They fit up to size 14 shoes but depending on the type of shoe, the bag may not fit all 4 pairs of size 14 shoes due to the width of the style of some shoes.

Orders

Duties and taxes are not included in your shipping or order, and are non-refundable.  

Some countries will charge customs & import duties which are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately we are unable to provide an estimate as this depends on your order and the specific country. We suggest contacting your local customs office so you are aware of the exact charges that could potentially be incurred. Orders will not be refunded if the customer fails to pay the duties required to accept delivery.

Please allow up to 2 hours for your confirmation email to be received in your registered email address inbox. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. If you do not receive a confirmation email within this time frame, simply contact info@kickskase.com.

Generally we are unable to make manual changes, however if the order has not been shipped it may be possible. We process orders quickly, so changes cannot always be accommodated. Please immediately contact info@kickskase.com with your change request details included in the email. Please note our customer care team works on a different time zone to some of our international customers.

On the rare occasion that your order has arrived damaged or is faulty please contact us immediately at info@kickskase.com with attached photographs of the damage or fault. All damages/faults must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order. Kicks Kase will not replace or refund any orders that are reported after this time period.

Shipping & Returns

Yes, at KXKS. we want you to love your product. We offer returns for all orders within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Products must be returned unused, unwashed and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs when returning.
